does anyone have a working example/success with using mod_http_cache with
Azure Blob Storage?

mod_http_cache does not currently support Azure storage services
authentication. Reviewing the blob REST API, it looks similar to S3 (which
mod_http_cache support), so it could be added if somebody wants to
pay/contribute.
